Back to School

August is the perfect time to take advantage of annual physicals and dental checkups to be sure everyone is health to kick off another school year.  It is recommended each individual visit their dentist twice a year, so a back to school check makes the timing easy to remember.

  • Brush teeth twice daily
  • Floss at least once daily
  • Rinse with fluoride or use a fluoride toothpaste
  • Wear mouth guards in sports/physical activity
  • Limit intake of sugary foods and substances
